We have partnered with our client in the search for a proactive and results-driven IT Business Analyst with a passion for leveraging technology to drive business success.

Job Type: Contract
Contract Duration: 6 months
Work Location: Fully Remote in the United States only

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives, processes, and requirements.
• Work with the IT and development team to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Develop and maintain clear and concise documentation including business requirements documents, process flow diagrams, and use cases.
• Analyze business processes and requirements to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Provide ongoing support and guidance to business users, assisting with troubleshooting and issue resolution as needed.

Skills and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Business Administration, or a related field; or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Proven experience in requirements gathering, documentation, and stakeholder management.
• Comfortable working in an unstructured setting with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Previous experience with Network or Infrastructure Security is beneficial.
